What to expect

Mentors are dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do and want to share that with the next generation of the industry’s workforce. Being an effective mentor requires enthusiasm, commitment, and flexibility. Whether you have one day of experience in the A-E-C industry or decades of experience, you have something to offer our students.

2026-2027 Mentor Locations

ACE Houston hosts 8 different mentoring teams across the Greater Houston area. See the descriptions of each team below for the location, day, and time each one meets on a weekly basis. All locations cover the same curriculum, so pick the one location that works best for you, and attend the same one every week.
