RFP SITE VISIT TO EAST RIVER
Join ACE Houston for a tour of East River, the site for our mixed use project proposals for this year's Student Design Competition! This visit will give you the opportunity to explore a real mixed-use development, see our project site, and get a better understanding of the space, surroundings, and opportunities for our design.
This activity is optional, and there is no cost to attend. All participants must complete and return the consent form below to participate.
SIGN-UP DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 6TH
SCHEDULE: Final bus schedule will be shared by lead mentors.
~9am: Bus pick-up (will vary by mentor location)
10am – 1pm tour: see existing development in the area, including the project site, plus enjoy a tour of the new Port Houston building!
~2pm: Bus drop-off (will vary by mentor location)
TRANSPORTATION: Bus provided by ACE Houston that will pick up at your mentor location (Virtual students & mentors can select which bus to take). ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO RIDE THE BUS - CONTACT YOUR LEAD MENTORS TO REQUEST ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATIONS.
ATTIRE: Wear attire appropriate for school and dress for being outdoors. Wear comfortable walking shoes.
REFRESHMENTS: Snacks will be provided.
BRING: ACE supply bag with writing utensils
